Note: According to the requirements of customers and installation condition, the cable metal sheath also is copper or stainless steel. For outer sheath, low smoke low halogen, low smoke without and anti-termite compound can be chosen. In order to keep cable operation well and prevent it from fire, we also can produce intelligent cable with temperature measuring fiber, the deviation between the measuring and actual temperature is less than 3 oC

I.                     Advantages and characteristics of products

1.      The technique of milliken cable with large cross section has been well developed, The locating system and adjusting system for phase in reel stranderΦ4000 ensure the conductor circular and stability.

2.      The prodcution line equipped with on line insulation purity detecting system CSS2,high clean main control room and compound loading system and compound transferring non-metallic pipe,can ensure the cables are manufactured in high clean condition, making insulation inpurities, cavities and protrusions minimim.

3.      The production line is also equipped with fore-preheater and after-preheater, and the cooling system is equipped with on-line stress releasing unit. By these units, the cable inner stress during producing procedure will be moved so as to enhance the cable performances, such as heating shrinkage, tensile strength,elongation at rupture and hot set.

4.      Exiting-gas should be processed after the insulated cores finished, which eliminate the remained gas during production and eliminate the insulated core internal stress.

5.      The production line of VCV is controled by computer, the heated pipe, rotational speed of screw and data designation are calculated by formulation. The technical parameters of production line gets the best allocation,

6.      The measurement equipments of the insulation thickness put in the seperated box measure the extruded size sequentially and providethe measured automatically accofing to the designed procedure, The utilization of this equipment guarantee the round and concentric degree of cable further.

7.      Cable have the distinctive water-proof construction. The insulation screen bound by several layers of semi-conductive water-proof tape with the right flexibility and homogeneous resistance can absorb swelling during the operation of the insulated cores.And make the insulation screen touched well with aluminium sheath.When meetswater, the water-proof tape will absorb it and expand rapidly, then prevent water from entering longitudinally along the cable.
