RTV insulator coating introduction
Our product is a revolutionary line of one-component, room temperature vulcanizing (RTV), elastomeric polysiloxane coating. RTV anti-pollution flashover coating was successfully developed by factory of RU at beginning of 1990s and was then put into production and application. RTV insulator coating has passed all tests of DL/T627, met all the national and international standards and obtained ISO9001 Internaitonal Quality System authentication.
The characteristic and performance
1. The fine hydrophobic character and fast, balanced and continuous the hydrophobic migratory nature.
2. The high anti-flashover voltage, anti-electric arc, bearing leakage mark, fine electrical insulating property.
3. The high module, high strength, excels in the adhesion, high corrosion tolerance, satisfied condition overhaul request.
4. Bears the ozone and the ultraviolet ray and environment ageing, no dryness, no crack, long effective running time.
5. Single component normal temperature solidification, easy to be operated, cleaning free within certain period.
Operation guide
Before the construction carries on the convention to the procelain insulator or the glass surface to clearing, decontamination and degreasing, fat processing, the maintenance surface is clean. Spurt spreads or brushes spreads can be carried on the construction. Coating thickness should be between 0.3 to 0.5mm. The coating should be leak proof, not dribble and smooth. If it has not been used up, the left over should be sealed before being used again.
